1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request it within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at getoutmassapp@outlook.com with:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be made.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase or renewal date.
- Accounts terminated for abuse, spam, or violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Team Plans
For Team plan refunds, the account administrator must submit the refund request. Refunds are calculated based on the full team subscription amount.
