1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OutMass Chrome extension and related services ("Service"), operated by Metis Bilisim ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OutMass is a Chrome extension that enables users to send bulk personalized email campaigns through Microsoft Outlook Web (outlook.office.com). The Service includes mail merge, email tracking, automated follow-ups, and campaign management features.

3. Account Registration

To use OutMass, you must authenticate with your Microsoft account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Sending emails that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws
• Using purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
• Sending phishing, malware, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Using the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

OutMass offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Free Tier Limits

The free tier is limited to 50 emails per month. Usage is tracked per calendar month and resets on the first day of each month.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, design, and content, is owned by Metis Bilisim and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Microsoft Graph API

OutMass sends emails through Microsoft Graph API using your own Microsoft account. We do not store the content of your emails on our servers. You are responsible for complying with Microsoft's terms of service when using Outlook.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metis Bilisim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
